How much will shipping cost?How long will it take to receive my orders? 

Fozbima Accessories offer free shipping on all order - Most order will be shipped 3 to 5 business working days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Public and Bank holidays.

Note: This does not include 5 - 7 business day order processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 12-15, 20 - 40 days for delivery of business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Public and Bank holidays in United Kingdom. Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) Express Shipping (3-5 business days) of which can be paid for at customers request.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping days.

Product are shipped internationally and please allow the above times stated before raising chargeback queries. Thank you.

Shipping/Arrival Time For Perfume/Cologne?

All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions.

Fozbima Accessories will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most of your customer's orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order. 

Returns

Customer may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from customer (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you upon successfully receiving the item. 

Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please send an email to fozbima@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, Fozbima Accessories is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred. 

Fraudulent Orders

Fozbima Accessories will investigate, should the need arises. It is also the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order.
